Moist Ground Beef Meatloaf Ingredients
- 1 to 1 ½ Pounds of Ground Beef
- ¾ Cup of Diced Yellow Onions
- 1/3 Cup of Diced Green Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1 Egg
Moist Ground Beef Meatloaf Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl, combine the:
- Uncooked Ground Beef
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- Diced Yellow Onions & Green Peppers
- Bread Crumbs & Egg
- Mix the meatloaf recipe Ingredients thoroughly by hand into a loaf shape
- Line the bottom of an 8×8 cooking dish with Cooking Spray and place loaf in the dish
- In a separate small bowl, combine the Meatloaf Glaze Recipe ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Ketchup
- Whisk until thoroughly mixed
- Evenly pour Meatloaf Glaze on top of the Meatloaf so the top of the loaf is covered in a thin layer
- Cook uncovered in oven for 1 hour
